I was born in Ottawa and raised outside of Carleton Place. I currently reside in town with my husband and daughter. I went to Algonquin for photography, but never went professional. It turned in a hobby for years. My passion was renewed last year when I bought my first digital camera. I love nature and wildlife and I want to show others what I see through the lens.

My daughter and I go out for walks whenever we can and if you see me wandering the streets, I'll probably have my camera dangling around my neck. When photographing people, I like to take candid shots, when people aren't aware they are being captured in a photo.

This is the first time I will be exhibiting my work and my next goal is to get my photos framed and in a gallery.
