Woodcarving-Hand painting-Knick Knacks-Curios

I am retired and do carving and woodwork for fun, making and painting local songbirds, odd pieces and curios, but generally just to keep busy. I am not into this as a business, but as a hobby. When possible, I like to recycle wood when I can acquire it in a useable shape. I am selling what I make to cover part of the cost for the wood and partially pay for the tools I use, both of which are becoming more expensive.

I truly enjoy working with wood and am in the early learning stage of creating songbirds and other "collectible" works of folk art.
