Trained as a Commercial Photographer in the early seventies, Michael has worked as a professional photographer and a photography teacher since. He and his wife Janice own Lux Photographic Services, moving to Carleton Place in 2004, providing commercial and creative photography services to small businesses, artists, photographers, and the general public who need custom photographic reproduction. He also provides services for several local and national museums. Having grown from traditional work to the wild world of digital photography, his true passion is still shooting film, and printing on black and white silver gelatin paper. Michael also specializes in the reproduction of artwork, both photography, scanning and high resolution digital (Giclee) printing, on archival printers up to 44 inches wide.
