Local artist Kathaleen McKay expresses her profound love of animals and joy in the beauty of nature through her exquisite photography. Her photo canvasses showcase the farms and scenery in and about Lanark County.

Kathaleen is rarely without her camera and trusty rubber boots as photo opportunities present themselves when she least expects them. She may be found somewhere along the winding back roads of the Ottawa Valley, or appreciating a flower in her own backyard. Her search is for memorable images that will inspire hope, happiness, and peace.

Through her never-ending quest for subjects she has created an eclectic collection of creatures great and small, vibrant gardens, and stunning panoramas of our countryside.
