Barry is a founding member and musical director of the Mississippi Blues Society. His expertise on guitar, bass guitar and vocals is well known in the area.

He is deeply committed to the furtherance of the Blues and has been involved in the Blues in the Schools programme as a performer and teacher. He has two CDs to his credit, a 1999 live recording with the Blues Brokers entitled "Bag Full of Blues" and "Most Roads" recorded in 2003 with his band the Bluesaholics. He will be touring with the Trevor Finlay Band in Australia in 2007. Locally you can hear him on the first Tuesday of each month at the Thirsty Moose. Barry can be contacted at 613 253-5528.
