NEW MURDER MYSTERY PRODUCTION FORM THE MISSISSIPPI MUDDS

Welcome to Cafe Le Chat, a sophisticated Monaco dining and gambling establishment. Meet a young American honeymoon couple, out for an evening of romance and a little black jack who, like yourself, are about to be caught up in a web of intrigue, suspense, espionage, subterfuge and yes, murder!

Without A Hitch, written by Steve Biggs and Michael Coleman and performed by permission of Killer Entertainment is the latest murder mystery dinner theatre to be offered by the Mississippi Mudds theatre troupe in partnership with the Carleton Heritage Inn in Carleton Place.

Enjoy a first class dinner in the banquet room of the Inn, whilst being entertained by a fresh cast of colourful characters. The voluptuous French Chanteuse, the somewhat slippery Cafe owner, the croupier with an "interesting" past, the brash American uncle and the mysterious waitress are all suspects in the eyes of Inspector Truffaut, who is himself a wonderful nod to both Agatha Christie's Hercules Poirot and that bumbling Inspector Jacques Clouseau. This detective will need all kinds of help to solve the evening's heinous crimes.

But figure out who is the killer and you might be lucky enough to win a prize. To top it all the audience is encouraged to spot the built in references to Hitchcock movies.

Tickets are $40 for the evening: Dinner, show and all taxes and gratuities. You have 2 chances only to see this one; March 6th and 7th. Doors open at 6 with dinner and show beginning at 6.30. Call The Inn at 613 257 2525 for tickets. Go to www.mississippimudds.ca for information about this and other Mudds productions.
