Strategies:
    ARTIST DEVELOPMENT / PROMOTION
    • Identify local artistic capacity and develop these artists to their full potential in the community and beyond.
    RESOURCE GENERATION
    • Generate from various sources the funds required to sustain the arts in Carleton Place.
    COMMUNITY LIAISON / DEVELOPMENT
    • Collaborate/ partner with key local groups and employ the arts as a vehicle for raising community awareness of key community development issues.
    ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
    • Build the foundations for a long term economic development strategy which is centred upon the power of the arts in Carleton Place.
